Refund Policy

Cook Behavioral Health Consulting provides structured educational consulting services to behavioral health practices. Due to the nature of professional consulting services, the following refund policy applies.

Monthly Consulting Services

All consulting packages are billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly service period.

​

Because consulting services involve reserved time, planning, and structured deliverables, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

​

Initial Three-Month Commitment

​

Consulting engagements begin with a three-month minimum commitment to allow for meaningful implementation and system development.

Early termination during the initial three-month period does not qualify for a refund of fees already paid.

Cancellation After Initial Commitment

​

Following the initial three-month period, services continue on a month-to-month basis.

​

Clients may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months once a billing cycle has commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

In rare cases involving documented billing errors, adjustments may be made at the sole discretion of Cook Behavioral Health Consulting.
